1. We agree to provide the services that you have ordered and have paid for.
   
   
2. You agree to pay for the services that you have ordered by the due date. If a payment is not received by the due date grace period, we may suspend services until payment is received.
   
   
3. We may assess late payment fees on overdue invoices, not to exceed fees allowed by law.
   
   
4. You agree to protect your username(s) and password(s) to prevent unauthorized use of your account including purchase of unauthorized services.
   
   
5. You agree that our service will not be used for any illegal activity.  We will not censor or screen any information you publish or send through our service. However if we become aware of any illegal activity or other breach of these terms of service, we reserve the right to take necessary action to limit our liability and protect our systems and other customers, including immediate suspension of service.
   
   
6. Cancellation and refunds. All domain name and SSL registration and renewal service fees are Non-Refundable. Domain registrations are transferable. Website and email hosting services are refundable upon cancellation on a pro-rated monthly basis computed as the number of whole months remaining in the paid service period minus a $50 processing fee.
   
   
7. We agree to make a best effort to provide maximum availability of our services.
   
   
8. Our services are provided without warranty or fitness for a particular purpose.
   
   
9. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by actions or inaction by us.
   
   
10. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
